The Zodiac Spear wasn’t there
Haven’t posted in a quite awhile. I can’t really say I’ve been busy. I’ve been playing lots of squash (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) with a bunch of friends. Other nights have been taken up by Final Fantasy 12. I’ve been trying to finish up the game before Rachel gets home. Anyone else playing it?
So Rach is home on Thursday this week. It looks like she is booked up most nights already. I think I might get to see her for a few hours. I don’t think too much has been going on in Montreal. Our mice situation still exists. We got mouse traps setup and have caught 4 mice. As of today the plan was to take out the stove and see if there were any holes for the mice to get in behind it. I think I hate mice (but not my MX1000).
As a suggestion from Hemant I started using Google Calendar a lot more lately. I had used it a bit before but now I use it for everything. I book all my squash games, lunches, trips, leaving the house and pretty much anything in it. It’s easy to send out invites if the events involve anyone else. You can share your calendars so other people can see what you are up to (if you want to see my calendar for whatever reason I can send you the URL so you can subscribe to it). Anyways, if you are bored you should check it out. You can access it using your gmail account (which you should be using).
The TV season is pretty much half over. Dexter only has one episode left this season. If you haven’t been watching it now would be a good time to start “acquiring” the episodes. Heroes has me hooked pretty hard now too. I can’t wait for the season to start up again. Veronica Mars is probably the only other show I’ve been looking forward to each week. I know some of you are making fun of Veronica Mars right now. I hate you. But I will like you again if you start watching season 1.
Christmas is at my parents house this year. Rach and I have been alternating the last few years. I’m only going back to NB for 4-5 days or so. Renny gets back December 20th and will be around for over a week I believe. I haven’t done much for Christmas shopping yet either. I told Rachel that I was going to get her a used shoelace. Just one. I even said she could pick the color. My goal each year is to do my entire Christmas shopping online. If I don’t have to leave the house to buy presents then it’s a successful Christmas. The problem is I haven’t ordered anything yet so time is running out. I blame Final Fantasy.
I guess that’s all I have to say for now. I’ll close up with some videos that I liked lately. An awesome beer ad, cat taping, The Office deleted scenes, crazy basketball dunk, and finally a new trailer for 300.
39 days left in paradise.
